UK pop sensation Eliza Doolittle is emptying out her closet and offering some brilliant prizes over the next couple of days including an exclusive iPad, gig tickets, exclusive merchandise, signed albums and much more.

Eliza Doolittle Pass the Parcel Game terms:

• If you are under the age of eighteen (18) you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before you enter this game. All Entrants must be 18+
• Only two entries will be accepted per person, per day for this game
• The Eliza Doolittle Pass the Parcel game will close on 02.02.11 at Midday.
• To play, participants are required to send friends the game either via email, twitter or facebook. Once the game has been sent, participants will be given the chance to 'unwrap' a layer of the Pass the Parcel present to see if they're a winner. Use of automated systems to submit entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• The following prizes are available to be won throughout the duration of the promotion: a special happy holiday message from Eliza, x3 special Eliza Doolittle designed sneakers, Eliza Doolittle merchandise, Eliza Doolittle T-Shirts, behind the scenes video footage, a free Eliza track, Eliza badges, Eliza Doolittle concert tickets, Eliza Doolittle iPad pre-loaded with album and remixes. NB: These prizes will be selected randomly and therefore, not all prizes will remain available throughout the promotion. Concert tickets prize does not include travel or accommodation. Location of concert chosen will be at EMI's absolute discretion.
• Prize winners will be drawn at random from all the correct entries and will be contacted by phone or email. Only the winner(s) will be contacted personally.
• The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or exchanged. There will be no cash alternative. Once prizes have been allocated and despatched they cannot be transferred.
• EMI reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
• EMI does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. EMI shall not be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Deeming an entry void is at EMI's absolute discretion.
• This game is not open to employees or contractors of EMI, any person directly or indirectly involved with EMI or the running of the game, or their direct family members.
• EMI's decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered in these rules and no correspondence will be entered into.
• EMI reserves the right to cancel or change this game at any stage, if deemed necessary in EMI's opinion.
• Winners names may be made public and used for future promotion or advertising as EMI deem appropriate
• Prizes unclaimed after such a time as EMI deem necessary following notification by phone or email will be deemed to have been forfeited and EMI reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future game.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this game.
• This game and the rules of the game are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This game is void where prohibited by local law.
