Help needed- I need a 'clue'

This year I have bought my OH numerous little gifts and as his main present a guitar (that he has no idea about). I am going to put the guitar under the bed and after we have opened our presents I am going to get him to pull one of the crackers of the tree (he is going to think I have gone mental as we don't usually do this) and inside the cracker I have put 2 plectrums.... now this is where I need your help, instead of the usual joke I am writing him a clue as to where his present is, so far I have 'If it's not under the tree, where could it be?'

As you can see I haven't got far .... can anybody think of a clue to help him find it?
