Same thing happened to me but I have received an order confirmation email so hopefully it's gone through ok...

I ordered this last week at £7.99, still not been dispatched, along with another "very good offer" that is showing as out of stock on my account, no replies to my emails, no answer on the phone, they are a nightmare, some did receive items at the very beginning but it seems more and more are having probs - see their FB page! If it's something you really want, you might be better off getting it from a more reliable company and paying a bit extra!
