Thanks for your feedback. In general all bookings are refundable with exception of Premier Offers which are subject to Ts & Cs and are non-refundable. But due to the recent weather, we are offering guests who have been unable to stay with us on 2-6 Dec 2010 an alternative night between now and the end of Feb 2011 at any hotel with availability at a Premier Offers rate.
