good news is i dont think anyone my level is at risk of redundancy this year (april 2011). looking at some losses next year (april 2012) but not as bad as i thought. so would really like to be df by then! prob not going to happen, latest plan shows july 2012 so need to beat that.

So you saved on a meal plus all the gas & electric till 2.30. Could do with it happening more often :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

had a nsd today :j
last night i did all my xmas cards and wrapped pressies and put under tree :xmassmile:santa2::snow_laug:santa2::snow_laug
got a busy few days planned. jobs for weekend include-
seal shower
sew buttons on coat
build bookcase for understairs
do ironing
do my survey
buy something for top of tree
buy paint and brush
go food shopping
cook sunday roast for friends
make gingerbread men
think next year i might make gingerbread men instead of cards and ice on the messages! would be cool
deciding on the paint, was going to get same duleux paint i have in living room as homebase have it buy 1 get it 1/2 price. i am painting my lodgers room over xmas and need to do hall at some point so thought same colour would be good. that will cost £42 for 10 litres. if i buy wickes own brand can get a similar colour in a 10 litre pot for £28. think i will go for that. also painting ensuite so need bathroom paint.
not doing anything tonight, going to watch gossip girl and whatever other trash has been recorded. fat families is not on now it seems, i liked that:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -

Quite right, any self especting host would do the same. Just *hic* remember to *hic* leave a little for your *hic* guests
Very much liking your idea of gingerbread men instead of christmas cards, am tempted to pinch it but not sure how to present them (hint hint)
Hope you have a fabulous time this evening0
