Hi Robbo,
Sorry, I have not heard of them. What I would say about debt management companies though is to stick with companies who don't charge for their services, as all the money will then go towards the debt. The consumer credit counselling service are very good and free!If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -
Check out a few comments on Consumer Action Group - You'll find the answer you need.
Stay away from any fee paying agency and rather contact Consumer Credit Counselling Service or Payplan who are charity based and better yet... Free!
You can also consider managing your own DMP!0 -
Please please cancel asap! This company are the worst of the worst and it took me a year to get my initial fee back. After countless calls, emails, the Finincial Ombudsman and Trading Standards.
I am now with the CCCS and they provide the same service for free.
Don't fall into the same trap, you don't need to pay for a debt management plan.

Lessons learned and facing the struggle have made my life better than I ever thought it could be. Thank you Stepchange and DFW forum :beer:0 -
Get out Get out - I am hoping you are still within their 14 day cooling off and can cancel and get your money back, you can still cancel though even if you arent within that timeline, they are a terrible company, I have not managed to get my initial fee off them yet they aren't budging but go to Payplan they don't charge anything and pay on time everytime. You really need to get out of this one I'm afraid but you'll pay your debt off quicker with payplan as no charges.0
