try https://www.howtocleananything.com - it may help. Otherwise maybe the manufactuers helpline ? sorry, hope you find something that works0

Not sure if it will work on vinyl but maybe a squirt of hairspray and rub gently - I know it works on leather sofas (thanks to my 2 year old and a biro!!)0

It's not the most OS solution, but I find that Flash magic eraser gets anything off of anything. DD2 got nail varnish all over our painted wall and it got that off!! It's not expensive and it just looks like a big white piece of polystyrene (sp) but you dampen it and gently rub the mark and it comes off! JML also make this stuff but it is more expensive.Jane

One of our children has used a bright dark green thick felt tip to draw squigles on a beige vinyl floor. I googled and found this thread. Mrs Kazzam tried scrubbing with hot soapy water which left a green:j stain and made her arms ache.
I armed myself with some TreSemme Freeze Hold Hairspray and sprayed a small patch. I rubbed very gently with my finger, waited and repeated. Wiped with kitchen roll. No trace left.
Rubbing hard or trying to do it quickly appear not to work, so if I had less time I may have dismissed the hairspray remedy, as it happens it only took a couple of minutes to remove the whole lot.
So I would like to say thanks to those who posted about the hairspray, and to recommend that advice, but add, slow and gentle rubbing, no real effort required. And the floor now has a brilliant hold and wonderful sheen to it!0
