When you get to this screen click on the sign up bit and it fills in a few more details and then it'll work. Took me ages to figure out.

It needed my name and address in the sign up section even though I was already loggedin - and then after adding that back in - when i went back to the original link it went through

Anyone else having the same hassle i did, please give that a go. This one had me soooo frustrated
