D-Day, Judgement Day, Step 1....whatever you want to call it this is the day when I have to take stock, which I have done - and face up to the fact I am in serious debt.

How serious? I guess very, but for a long while I have buried my head in the sand and thought I'm ok, I can survive, I will manage.

I have visited here before and got advice, and took some of it on board but for the most part thought I'll carry on doing it my way. What is totally stupid is I am an intelligent bloke.....or obviously maybe I am not. But I feel I am and yet I have done stupid things, especially where money is concerned.

I will post my full debt situation as soon as I get time and what I am going to do about it. I have done diaries/blogs and things before to help me deal with various things or make sure I get things done so I thought I should start one of these today to keep me on the straight and narrow.
