Just had my confirmation email which said:

"If you're eligible for the Welcome Pack we have popped the pack, which
contains a special gift, in the post - so keep an eye open for it."

Not sure what makes you eligible, it didn't mention eligibility when asking for your name and address! Cheeky! Think I shall keep chasing and make a fuss on this one if it doesn't arrive!

Philips Avent have been signing people up at the recent baby shows. They are giving away the new BPA free bottles. I think the elegibility refers to people who are due babies or have young children.
