Was the loan included in your BR? If it was, then any PPI reclaim money would be paid direct to your OR.0

Hi, yes it was but once you've been discharged from bankruptcy any money you receive after that is yours not the ORs?0

So if the loan was written off whilst in BR and now I'm discharged your saying that Firstplus will use the claim money and not pass it onto me?0

The loan was written off in the BR, therefore any potential PPI reclaim is also an asset in your BR estate.Wrong, if it was from pre BR then it belongs to the OR.

Am I correct in thinking that if the loan was not included in the BR as is a secured loan but has a PPI, I will receice the money and not the OR0
