Where's the scam in this?

Received a letter postmarked Beijing China saying I've won £3,000,000. Letter goes on to say that I had not replied to the first letter sent out (it's possible as I could have shredded it). Anyway, they want me to sign and send it back. In capitals it reads: NO FEE REQUIRED and in the body of the text REPLY IMMEDIATELY AND NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED.

Letter signed by Bob Johnsion, Senior Board Member
and
Raza Omar Neil, Chairman and President.

I googled both names and can only find the below on Raza which does not bring up any fraud/scam.

What do you all think? Would they ask for payment once they get the signed slip back? :rotfl:

Edit to say that the reply address is:

No I think they would send the £3,000,000 over straight away in £1,000 notes on £3,000 multi-coloured flying pigs (with Bob and Raza riding the front 2)! :D

There's a third signatory which I missed - Lee C Cooper, Finance Director. Where would he sit? :rotfl:

In recent years, instances of foreign lottery fraud have continued to rise. Fortunately, more and more consumers across the U.S. and Canada have been contacting the BBB to inquire about the legitimacy of notices they received by mail and/or e-mail announcing they have won substantial sums of money in a foreign lottery. In fact, in 2006, the BBB System received nearly 8,200 inquiries from consumers on foreign lottery scams, a 14% increase from the previous year.

Foreign lottery scams steal millions of dollars from unsuspecting people every year. If you receive any form of notification that you are a prize winner in a foreign lottery or sweepstakes, contact your BBB and check it out before you become the next victim in one of these schemes.

I read that and also this:
In many of these fraud cases, the lottery notices are accompanied by a check or money order for several thousand dollars. Recipients are instructed to deposit the checks and wire transfer all or portions of the money back to the company to pay for fees or taxes in order to receive their winnings.

Oh well, I'll read it once more before consigning it to the shredder. Was nice while it lasted :rotfl:
