Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Can Associates, Marshall Arts, SJM Concerts, Kennedy Street Entertainments and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible to win.
4. Entry to this competition is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by adult. Proof of age may be required.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
6. UK residents only.
7. Entries must be received before Friday 19 November 2010. Marshall Arts, SJM Concerts and Kennedy Street Entertainments reserve the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. Any entries received outside of the competition period will be deemed invalid.

10. Prize is non transferable and subject to availability
11. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes
12. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
14. The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
15. If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
16. The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

Thanks for this, i won exactly the same prize a few years back when he had just come outy the jungle so maybe he will be lucky for me again!
