DD's were badgering for Pizza Hut delivery tonight, as the oven is still broken and they insist they cannot take another slow cooker meal:rolleyes: Anyway I was determined not to give in so I looked to see what I had and I had some wraps, cheese and tomato ketchup. I put a wrap into a dry frying pan and put grated cheese all over it, topped with a squirt or two of ketchup and pinch of mixed herbs. As the wrap heated up the cheese started to melt and so I put another wrap on top and flipped it over, cooked for a couple more minutes and then put it onto the plate and cut into wedges. The wraps went lovely and crispy. Served it with salad and coleslaw and they loved it!! Extremely cheap too as the wraps were from costco (three packets for £1.49).

Mmmmm, we had something similar to this for lunch today as I haven't been shopping and didn't have any HM bread left for sarnies. I made a wrap sandwich with grated cheese, finely diced onion and chopped cherry tomatoes and also dry fried it. I might try it with ketchup or tomato puree next time though, thanks!I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....0

the mexicans call these Quesadilla
but they would have a bit of chilli in there somewhere, along with some coriander. MAybe thats for the adults if your kids are fusspots, and they must be to not want another meal from the slowcooker! Are they MAD?! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...

We had this on Tuesday and the kid's called it 'inside out pizza'!
I fried a red onion, a red pepper and put ths on top of a tortilla wrap with a few spoonfuls from a cheap jar of bol sauce(39p from Home Bargains) and some grated cheese. Fried it on both sides and we scoffed the lot! :T0 -
We had HM calzone last night which was LUSH, and from a moneysaving point of view requires only half the toppings you would have to put on a pizza!Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Mmm that sounds lovely, will have to try it with wraps. I do them with Staffordshire oatcakes and Cheshire cheese. Such a good combination.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0
