Oat So Simple 'We Love Winter' Competition Terms and Conditions

• 1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over 18, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
• 2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• 3. All entries must be submitted online at www.whywelovewinter.co.uk. To enter the competition, visit www.whywelovewinter.co.uk, tell us why you love winter and complete the online form.
• 4. No purchase necessary.
• 5. The opening date for receipt of entries and the closing date for receipt of entries for each weekly prize draw are as follows:
• Draw 1 - 22/10/10 – 28/10/10
• Draw 2 - 29/10/10 – 04/11/10
• Draw 3 - 05/11/10 – 11/11/10
• Draw 4 - 12/11/10 – 18/11/10
• Draw 5 - 19/11/10 – 25/11/10
• Draw 6 - 26/11/10 – 02/12/10
• Draw 7 - 03/12/10 – 09/12/10
• Draw 8 – 10/12/10 – 16/12/10

• 6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications fault. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• 7. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Multiple email address entries will be detected and declared void.
• 8. Entries are restricted to one entry per weekly prize draw, per person. The winner of each prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received by the closing date for the relevant draw. Weekly draws will take place on the following dates:

• Draw 3 - 12/11/10
• Draw 4 - 19/11/10
• Draw 5 - 26/11/10
• Draw 6 - 03/12/10

• 9. The winners will be notified by telephone or email by no later than one week after the weekly prize draw has taken place. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed within two weeks of notification, an alternative winner will be chosen.
• 10. The prize for each weekly prize draw is as follows:
• Draw 1 – 4 x tickets of your choice (adult only or adult and children) for Ice Skating at Somerset House, London. Dates are subject to ticket availability on the date of booking. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Draw 2 – 1 x £100 gift voucher for Selfridges Department Store.
• Draw 3 – 1 x £60 gift voucher for Molton Brown.
• Draw 4 – A year's supply of Oat So Simple, flavour of your choice (31 x 385g of Oat So Simple Box, containing 12 sachets each)
• Draw 5 – 2 x Luxury Jo Malone ‘Home Candles’ of your choice worth £76.
• Draw 6 – 1 x £200 gift voucher for a Shopping Centre of your choice (subject to availability).
• Draw 7 – 1 x 100 gift voucher for Office Shoes.
• Draw 8 – 1 x £100 gift voucher for SNO!Zone at Xscape, Milton Keynes. The gift voucher is valid for any slope activity, clothing hire, merchandise or bar purchases.
• Draw 9 – 1 x £250 gift voucher for the Pride of Britain Hotel group. The gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment for accommodation or meals at any Pride of Britain member establishment.
• Draw 10 – A year's supply of Oat So Simple, flavour of your choice (31 x 385g of Oat So Simple Box, containing 12 sachets each)
• 11. The winners will be responsible for travel to and from the events listed as prizes for each of the draws.
• 12. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever, or for the winners' or their guests' conduct with respect to the prizes once dispatched to the winners.
• 14. The prizes will be delivered to the winners designated addresses by no later than two weeks of receipt of confirmation by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• 15. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
• 16. The name and counties of the winners will be available between 10/01/2011 and 10/03/2011 upon application with a SAE to Walkers Snacks Limited, 1600 Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, RG7 4SA.
• 17. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion unless otherwise stated and not be disclosed for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By ticking the 'opt-in' box, we may use your details to contact you about our products and services. We will not sell your name, address or phone number to any other third party. All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.
