Which would you recommend? Orange have just let me out of contract due to poor coverage, I've also tried T-Mo in the past at it was worse again,
So that leaves
O2
Vodafone
3
Sure they all have coverage maps, but Orange said I would have fair coverage, as did T-Mobile and coverage was pitiful, I live in Mid Ulster couple of miles outside Cookstown

O2 have a postcode checker here:
webmap.o2.co.uk/map.asp
If you need 3g services, Ofcom has a PDF here of all the different providers area maps:
licensing.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/spectrum/mobile-wireless-broadband/cellular/coverage_maps.pdf
You will need to cut and paste these into your browser adding http:// to the start ....0 -
O2 are king in NI followed closely by Vodafone. 3 use Orange as their backup 2G network so their coverage will be similar to them.0

O2 coverage is very good in the North West, I'm considering a change to 3 tho as i'm in the south a fair bit and they're coverage down there is excellent.0

O2 has been the only provider that has enabled me to use the internet where I live and Ive always managed to get reception when out to Cookstown - something Tmobile could never provide, indeed Tmobile kept putting me on roaming when I got as close to the border as Coleraine0

I'm with Voadfone which aint bad but I know people who are on O2 and it seems to be way better.0

I'm with T-mobile, which in general, is pretty terrible, but now I can roam onto Orange, it isn't too bad.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0

Im on O2 and the signal for it in County Antrim is very good. I also find they offer the best deals in terms of how much ur mobile phone costs u each month for texting and phone calls.0

I'm on Vodafone and find the coverage really bad outside the cities - I'm in the sticks near Coleraine. I complained about it and they offered to sell me a signal booster for £50! I think it's their job to boost the signal, don't you?:(0

I think it has to be O2 then0
