This is a daily express offer but slightly different from last time.
Several hotel chains, including Old English Inns and ETAP, are offering stays in different price bands starting at £5 pppn (not too sure if breakfast is extra). Link below:

Just checked and the rates are room only unless specified otherwise, but I can say that the old English Inns £10 pppn rate includes breakfast.

Hi
Where I want to stay Rothley Court Leicestershire the price is coming up as £40 is that right?0 -
Yeah it is £20 per person per night (even it is just single occupancy) so £40
When I booked ETAP, they mentioned I need to provide a Daily Express token? Are there tokens? I can't see them mentioned on the newspaper summary thread?0 -

No, there aren't any physical tokens, only the booking codes which are on the offer site. the full T&C are here - there's no mention of any tokens.
But some hotels are definitely asking for a 'token' - this is the wording from the etap hotels site:Daily Express Promotion
Rate at £5 or £10 per person per night, based on 2 adults sharing a room,No additional charge for 3rd person,Bookable for holders of a valid Daily Express token and on its presentation at check-in,Valid for Sunday 31/10/10-23/01/11 inclusive
So... I dunno. Looks like the hotels may expect a token, but the paper doesn't mention it (and may not even have printed one).0 -
I am going to have a quick look, but the hotels listed lats time were absolute pap! You would have had to pay me to stay in most of them!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0

Looks a great deal to me! Most of the nicer looking ones are slightly more expensive but still looks a great deal.0
