what if my order doesn't turn up?

Hello,
just a few quick questions...wasn't really sure in which area to post this!

I was wondering what i can do if something i ordered from the internet (in my case from 'Fragrance Direct') doesn't arrive?

i've paid for the item with a credit card, and the 5 working days is now up.
should i wait until the end of the week before i call them?

also, if things aren't sent recorded delivery, how can you prove they didn't turn up, and are the likely to refund/replace?

hi, i just had a look at their website they claim to have an excellent customer service and be quick and efficient,why dont you contact them via email ? myorder@fragrancedirect.co.uk or phone 01625 432565 until 5pm .also did you get a confirmation email when your order was due as it might not cover the weekend?(mind you not all companies send confirmations)

Ive never used this company but wouldnt worry about it!

Hi i have used them once before and my order arrived with no problems, i cant remember if it was late though.

i'll give it until tomorrow, and if nothing shows up i'll give them a call.

I've used this company twice. I think that both my orders arrived after a week. I couldn't complain as the items I'd ordered were massive bargains. Give them a call in a couple of days

Yup - I've used Fragrance Direct about 4 times and they've never been anything but excellent.
Admittedly, not for a good while though.

Yep, FD are pretty good. However it's easy for Mr Post Office to take longer to deliver, so I'll wait it out a little longer.

I think Fragrance Direct are excellent! Both my orders came through within two days of ordering and they were well packed too!

hooray, looks like royal mail tried to deliver this today! :beer:
just have to go to the sorting office tomorrow :rolleyes:
(and sit in all day waiting for my new m&s card to be delivered by securemail services !!!)
