Anglian Home Improvements Competition Terms and Conditions

Details of how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.

1. Entrants must be 18 years or over and may submit only one entry (not on behalf of someone else).
2. All entrants must be home owners.
3. The competition is only open to those living in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Isle of Man) and closes on 26/11/2010.
4. Employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Anglian Home Improvements and associated companies and their relatives are not eligible to enter.
5. The winner must be willing to have his/her name published and to be interviewed and photographed if necessary.
6. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. The prize must be accepted as offered and taken within 12 months from the date of notification.
8. The prize is 1 winner of up to £10,000 of Solar Products, any costs exceeding the first prize of £10,000 of Solar Products will be payable by the winner.
9. The winner will be notified after the closing date at the address they have given. The decision of the judges is final.
10. Anglian Home Improvements will contact the winner with full details of how to redeem their prize no later than 14 days of the date of notification.
11. Planning permission and building regulation process is part of the prize on offer, and will be funded along with the installation of the solar panels by Anglian Home Improvements, up to the cost of £10,000.
12. Anglian Home Improvements will offer the winner, if unable to claim the Solar panel prize due to planning permission or building regulation refusal, £10,000 worth of Anglian Home Improvements in place of.
