Just had a call from Talk Talk, went like this

Well, you also indicated you would like to reduce your phone bill, can I ask which provider you're with
Me: Uh?
Well, can I ask you how much you bill is per month, ....

VHSM: Well you and 5 friends have won a ....................... went on.....went on some more ..... for a payment today of etc
Me: That's strange I don't enter holidays ones (not quite true but thought it might throw him)
VHSM: Oh that's OK you and your friends can have a nice spa day instead for a payment of ....
Me: So have I won a competition or not
VHSM: Possibly
Me: Its either yes or no
VHSM: You are one of the runners up
Me: But if I have to pay you money I haven't won anything have I
VHSM: You have won an amazing deal !
Me: Course I have sunshine, bye !
