Cheese and mushroom pizza omelette

I found this Recipe yesterday and made it for Tea & it was delicious. Thought I would share it for anyone who hasnt tried this before.

Its basically Making a Pizza, But using an Omelette as the Base.

Thanks for this - a really useful recipe for me, as DH is allergic to yeast, so I can't make ordinary pizza. I usually make a pastry base, but this is less work and more protein

I have to add, it was my first successfull Omelette too thankfully. I got some new Pans, Im thanking them, oh & Nectar
