Thanks - I've ordered from them before and really pleased with the service. Bought a discontinued game once which turned out faulty ( i had given it to DS about a year after I'd bought it and had no receipt or anything). Emailed them and they sent me form to complete and when I returned the game they let me choose a new one. Ended up getting a £9.99 game in return when the original had only been £3.99. Cannot fault them at all for the service.0
