When i try to use the code it just tells me that the basket has updated but doesn't take the £20 off. Any ideas?

Minimum order appears to be £50 - would that explain it?

I found it worked with a £50 item but not with a £30 and may only work with new customers. I ordered a pair of Miss KG eskimo boots for my daughter. They were £33.99 with postage. HTH
