I have problems with blemishes and have found that Benefit Playsticks work really well - it gives really good coverage but doesn't feel heavy, and has ingredients which help to improve the condition of the skin. Plus it comes in a shade that virtually matches my super-pale skin! Granted it's not the cheapest but I highly recommend it."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

MAC have just brought out a new range called 'pro longwear' and I've been using the foundation and the concealer from that recently. I normally find, especially in warm weather or long periods in air conditioning, that foundations and concealers have a tendency to slide down my face (attractive image huh?!?) but this has been amazing. When they told me it'd last up to 15hrs, I thought **** and they were just trying to sell it to me but I really do get all day out of it! Love it to bits and can't recommend it highly enough0

I've never tried MAC, but i think i'll give them a go now. I'm sick of looking made up in the morning, and then when i leave work at six, i look in the mirror and i look like carp!saving up another deposit as we've lost all our equity.

I'll second MAC pro longwear, bought the concealer this week, it even survived a zumba class with me sweating like crazy. I was amazed
I think it was £12.50? Small bottle but you only need to use a little.

Hi, apparently one of the best Makeups for scarred skin is the elemental beauty mineral range. It has allantoin in it to help keep the skin calm and no nasties. People with problem skin are always going on about it on the beauty board. You can get both concealers and foibdations and apply it wet or dry.
You can get small samples for not too mich cash to help you find the right one/ try it.
I would avoid bare / bareminerals if you are getting married in the abroad, as it has an ingredient in which makes peoples faces get itchy and sore in the heat.
Hope it helps!
