Please allow 6-8 weeks for your prize to arrive, these prizes are despatched from the company or agencies providing the prizes and not babyworld. However, if you have not received your prize after this time please drop us an email clearly stating which month, year and prize you have won.

Members need to check the onsite winners notification page to see if they have been selected to win.

Prizes not received within 3 months of the month the competition was published will be forfeited, unless correspondence has been received from the winner to confirm non-delivery within that time period.

So just keep track of time if you won, don't want to forfeit your prize if you haven't received it and not contact them in time!!
