Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to UK, RoI, CI and IoM residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of SC Johnson, its agents and anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. UK, IoM, CI and NI residents: For a chance to instantly win, please visit www.glade.co.uk or www.glade.ie and enter the barcode found on your pack. Once the barcode has been entered a message will reveal whether or not you are the winner for that week. If you are the winner, you will then need to enter your name, address, telephone number, email address and we will contact you to arrange your break. Each week a winning moment will have been randomly selected and the winning entry will be that most immediately following that moment.
3. RoI residents only: For a chance to instantly win, please visit www.glade.ie and enter the barcode found on your pack. You will also be required to answer a question relating to the promotion before entering. Once these details have been entered a message will reveal whether or not you are the winner for that week. If you are the winner, you will then need to enter your name, address, telephone number, email address and we will contact you to arrange your break. Each week a winning moment will have been randomly selected and the winning entry will be that most immediately following that moment.
4. NI residents only: You may also enter without purchase with the same chance of winning by sending your name, address, telephone number and email address to Win a trip to Lapland, 3rd Floor, Free Trade Exchange, 37 Peter St, Manchester M2 5GB. Only one entry per stamped envelope. A code will then be sent to you which can be used online to participate.
5. The promotion opens on 29th October 2010 and closes at midnight on Friday 31st December 2010. The first weekly period closes at midnight on Friday 5th November and the final weekly period will close at midnight on Friday 31 December 2010. Each weekly period will close at midnight on Friday.
6. In order to claim your prize, you must retain your candle sleeve with the code that was entered online. Alternatively, if you are an NI resident and you chose to enter without purchase, you must retain the code that was sent to you by Win a trip to Lapland.
7. There are 9 x 4 day family trip to Lapland (2 adults, 2 children under 12) to be given away. 1 prize will be given away each week until 31 December 2010.
8. Each prize comprises:
   • Return flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Lapland.
   • Transfers from airport to accommodation.
   • 3 nights 4* cabin accommodation based on bed and breakfast in Ounasvaaran Pirtit Village.
   • Visit to Santa�s Village to meet Santa including lunch.
   • Gifts for children from Santa.
   • Visit to Snowland including lunch.
   • Visit to a reindeer park.
   • Sleigh ride pulled by reindeers and later by huskies.
   • Artic circle crossing ceremony and certificate.
   • Night snowmobile safari.
   • All thermal outfits and snowboot hire.
   • Travel insurance.
9. Winners can choose to take the trip on the following dates:
   • 17th � 21st December 2011 (Flight would be from Manchester Airport to Lapland)
   • 20th� 24th December 2011 (Flight would be from London Gatwick Airport to Lapland)
10. Winners must advise which trip date option they prefer by 30th June 2011.
11. Transport to and from London Gatwick or Manchester airport is the responsibility of the winners.
12. The winners are responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
13. Winners and guests must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, which must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize break.
14. Winners and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas.
15. The winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
16. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
17. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact winners (by telephone and email) but in the event of not being able to do so within 28 days of the date you are notified that you are the winner, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel prize entitlement and award the prize to the next entry received.
18. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
19. A list of winners� names and counties can be obtained by visiting www.glade.co.uk or www.glade.ie.
20. The promoter�s decision regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Please note that any personal information received from any entrant will only be used for administering the promotion and will not be sold or provided to third parties.
22. No liability shall be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission to Win a trip to Lapland under clause 4. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants being unable to connect to www.glade.co.uk or www.glade.ie or to participate in this prize draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection.
23. No liability shall be accepted for any occurrences resulting from the entrant's connection to the Internet via www.glade.co.uk or www.glade.ie. The promoter does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to entrants, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.
24. No liability shall be accepted for any loss, damage or liability caused to the winners as a direct or indirect result of the prizes awarded through this promotion.

26. This promotion will be governed by the laws of England, except in relation to residents of the RoI where the laws of the Republic of Ireland will govern.

tried entering this today and wouldn't take my barcode from the candle packaging, said it was invalid.

The barcodes are not unique, but they must be from a promotional sleeve

It's letting me enter as many times as I like (just keep pressing the 'back' button) The T&C's say it's an allocated time once week so it's really pot luck as to when. Having multiple bar codes from each 'smell/aroma' won't make any difference, you only need one
