Bra's for the bigger busted ladies?

  • Agree e-bay has bargains, but it's a bit hit & miss as you really need to try a bra on.

Also make sure you get WIDE over shoulder straps! (spaghetti straps cut through your shoulders like cheese-wire if you are heavy breasted) but then you'll already know that.

If you ever go to the USA stock up on bras there, there are plenty for fuller ladies and not expensive. I get them for less than $10 (about £6/£7) from a large shop chain called 'Ross'.

I also don't worry too much if a bra is too big in the back as long as the cup size is right and it's a bargain price. It's easy to alter the back with a few stitches I find.
  • I find that the only bras i am comfortable in are the Doreen bras by triumph - granted they aren't the most beautiful of bras but they're the only ones that're able to properly support my bangers. hey're not bad value either at £23 a pair (last time i brought them)

  • For me, (40G sshhh!) I find Asda, surprisingly, was brilliant, really cheap but nice, fun, feminine styles. I used to use Bravissimo but at an average of £40 a bra and the fact that most styles stop at 38 back size, it was getting silly and I'm a bit poorer now, so pennypinching is in order! M&S in the sales as well but I understand they don't go up to an HH cup but maybe it will help others :)
