Merry Maids Terms and Conditions

* The prize consists of a cleaner for a year provided by Merry Maids. This comprises a monthly / 4-weekly clean for 12 months (total of 12 cleans during the 12 month period) carried out by a team of two Merry Maids cleaning professionals. Merry Maids will supply all cleaning materials required and are fully insured and guaranteed.
* The prize value is estimated at £1,200 (including VAT) but no cash alternative is available unless the prize winner is not located within a catchment area of a Merry Maids business.
* If a prize winner is not located within a catchment area of a Merry Maids, a cash equivalent of the prize value (inclusive of VAT) will be offered to the winner to enable the prize winner to source a cleaner locally. In this instance all additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
* The first clean must be arranged by 28th February 2011.
* Merry Maids reserve the right to cease cleaning for a “reasonable reason” to be provided in writing to the winner. In these circumstances a cash equivalent (VAT inclusive) will be offered to the winner in order to source a cleaner locally. In this instance all additional costs are the responsibility of the winner.
* The competition is open to UK residents only, excluding Merry Maids employees and members of their immediate family and anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family members.
* Only one entry per person is allowed.
* Merry Maids does not accept responsibility for illegible entries or entries with incomplete contact details.
* All entries must be received by midnight on 31st October 2010 to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
* The prize winner will be notified by telephone with written confirmation of their win soon after.
* Entrants into this survey and prize draw hereby grant permission for their personal details to be shared with other Servicemaster Ltd businesses for the purposes of other offers that may be of interest.
* No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, and incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
* Merry Maids reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

Great comp, I'm disabled so really struggle to do all my cleaning so this would be a great prize
