1. Entry into the draw will deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
2. This prize draw is open to any UK resident over the age of 18, who is invited to participate by Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited, and who enter the Very.co.uk Xfactor competition and submit their name and a valid entry and email address.
3. Employees of Shop Direct Group companies and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering. The closing date for entry is the 9th October 2010.
4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed.
5. The prize consists of 2 tickets to a live show, travel and accommodation and a selection of Xfactor merchandise. Travel by standard rail from within mainland UK plus tube travel within London is included in the prize. Travel and accommodation to and from London is provided. Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
6. The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries received by 9th October 2010. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw. By entering the draw, entrants agree that their details may be used in future marketing activity and that, if they win, their details may also be disclosed to anyone requesting a list of prize winners. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity relating to this promotion.
7. Details of the winners will be available after 9th October 2010 by sending a stamped address envelope to Very.co.uk Xfactor Competition, Park Lane, Netherton, LIVERPOOL, L72 1LF.

Just entered, and got that as well in FF, but the URL does change so hopefully it goes through.

I'm guessing single entry, as it doesn't state how many, and the comp itself is not an ITV one, as it's directly from the Very website.
