Received an email for a survey, not specific to me but you have to be a member to enter.
Draw will take place at the end of October.
First prize is a Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair worth over £200 and 10 runners up will win £10 worth of books per person
Not sure if this is working properly as I completed the survey and it came up with

Edit (again!) The problem seemed to be with childcare and magazines. I had to change my answer from "none" to "other" and it accepted it, saying I'd alread entered! What a kerfuffle!!
