Not sure whether I have entered or not? When I click 'submit' the progress bar at the bottom of the page goes all the way along but nothing on the page changes

I have three emails in my inbox telling me I have entered the comp so it must be going through.

When i entered just now, it sent me the email confirming id entered i left the site open for abit and it confirmed with thanks on there too, took a few minutes from getting an email and then for it to show thanks on the site, maybe its just running slow at the moment??
