1. The free night must be taken before 31 December 2010, subject to availability.
2. The closing date for entries will be noon on Friday, September 19, 2010.
3. The stay is open to a maximum of two adults sharing a double room.
4. The winner is responsible for their travelling costs to and from the hotel.
5. There is no purchase necessary to enter World Media Publishing Ltd contests. To enter, individuals must be recipients of Best Loved Hotels e-newsletters. Only one entry per subscriber is valid.
6. Winners of World Media Publishing Ltd contests will be randomly chosen by a representative of World Media Publishing Ltd (the "Judge") within two (2) weeks of the end date of the particular prize draws from all eligible entries received during the date specified. The decisions of the Judge will be final and binding. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. The winners of all World Media Publishing Ltd contests will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the drawing.
8. The winner must accept that his/her name will be announced in an upcoming Best Loved newsletter.
9. Employees of World Media Publishing Ltd and its subsidiaries, the promotional partners and their subsidiaries, associated suppliers and their families are ineligible to enter.
