1. No Purchase Necessary.
2. Promotion open to all UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees and their immediate families of PZ Cussons, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants require access to the internet in order to participate in the promotion. Only one entry per person is permitted. No mechanically reproduced entries, entries sent through third parties or through agents are permitted and such entries will not be considered.
3. The prize fund for this promotion consists of:
Tour Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, visiting mysterious Mayan ruins, colonial cities and the white-sand beaches of the Caribbean coast. Your adventure starts in Cancun, the region’s most developed resort but also its most lively, for a day and night by the beach and a chance to sample its excellent restaurants and buzzing nightlife. Then it’s onwards to explore the legendary Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, with its towering step pyramid, followed by three nights in the Yucatan capital Merida. Here you’ll find wide boulevards and elegant colonial mansions. It’s a big city of some 700,000 residents but still retains bags of character. After the city you’ll visit the fascinating ruins of Kabah and Uxmal then return to the coast to stay on the Riviera Maya at the laid-back resort of Tulum. This beautiful stretch of coast is free of the larger developments further north and is the ideal spot to soak up the sun and spend your days swimming, snorkelling or discovering more Mayan ruins.

Please note, travel insurance is NOT included but is a requirement of the holiday.
The winner must book the prize directly with Neilson Adventures.
The winner will be notified by 21/10/10 and the holiday must be taken before the end of Dec 2011 After these dates the prize will expire and no longer be valid.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
Any costs incurred over and above the basic holiday price are at the personal expense of the winner. International flights are not included and are the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange via Neilson Adventures.
The prize holiday is subject to all standard Neilson Adventures booking conditions.

To enter the promotion visit http://www.originalsource.co.uk, follow the links to the Most Original Photo promotion, enter your details in all the mandatory fields on the entry page and upload an image of you doing something fantastic in the great outdoors. Any entries considered to be indecent will be excluded from the competition.
6. By submitting your entry you grant the promoter a royalty-free licence to freely use, reproduce, modify or distribute your entry (in whole or in part), in any form anywhere in the world for the purpose of promotional activities in connection with this promotion and other promotions organised by or for the promoter. The promoter shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or omission contained in any such use, reproduction, publication or distribution. The ownership of copyright and any other intellectual property rights in each entry submitted shall remain with the creator of the entry.
7. Although the winner (as between the promoter and the winner) will still own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in their submitted entries, by entering the promotion you hereby grant the promoter the right and licence to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the uploaded image in any form for display on http://www.originalsource.co.uk and in granting the promoter a licence to use the image you are confirming and warranting that you own the rights to it, that you can grant such a licence and have obtained any necessary consents and that the promoter's use shall not infringe the rights of anyone else. The promoter shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or omission contained in any such use, reproduction, publication or distribution.
8. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions or these terms and conditions are invalid. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify without notice any entries which the promoter believes are fraudulent, insulting, offensive and/or likely to infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of a third party. The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any entries lost, delayed or damaged or incompletely or not received for whatever reason and the promoter is not liable or responsible for any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning of or inaccessibility to the internet, unavailability of the website or incompatibility of any browsers used when attempting to enter the promotion.
9. From all valid entries received, the prize will be awarded to the entrant(s) who have submitted the entry that best demonstrates the spirit and values of Original Source in the most appropriate and unique manner. The winner(s) will be chosen by a panel of judges comprising a representative from the Original Source brand team and an independent judge.
10. The promoter’s and judges' decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The promotion closes at midnight on Friday the 21th of October 2010 and entries received after this time will not be considered.
12. Each winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.
13. Each of the prizes is non-transferable and is subject to availability. No cash alternatives will be provided. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal or greater value. The promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its control.
14. By entering this competition, all entrants are deemed to understand all health and other risks associated with such an Holiday. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the promoter and the event organiser accept no responsibility for, and the winner assumes all liability for, any loss, injury, damage or liability caused, or claimed to be caused, by the Yucatan adventure.
15. Prize winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering the promotion provide consent to take part in such publicity.
16. The promoter will only use the information that you provide for the purposes of the promotion unless you have opted in (by ticking the box) to receive any future marketing and promotional materials from the promoter. If you have any queries regarding your information please contact the promoter at the address below. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to receive a copy of the personal information that the promoter holds about you. In accordance with the 1998 Act, the promoter may charge a fee of £10.00 for administering such request.
17. The names and counties of the winners, together with details of the winning images will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Original Source Yucatan Winners, PZ Cussons, FREEPOST RSGU-JUZT-ZCJU, Manchester M22 5TG before 13 July 2010.
18. By entering all or any part of this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of these terms for your reference. The promotion and the terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
19. PZ Cussons reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that PZ Cussons has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of PZ Cussons, any company associated with PZ Cussons or any brand or product associated with either PZ Cussons or any affiliate company of PZ Cussons. PZ Cussons shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.
