MICHAEL BALL SHOW COMPETITION: INTERACTION INFORMATION
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as indicated in the “Michael Ball” programme (the ‘programme’).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 10:00 a.m. on the date as stated in the programme.
· Entry via the www.itv.com website closes at least 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS, SMS, and red button.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS - call 09012 93 99 44 and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number; each call costs £1.00 from BT landlines.
· SMS – send text to 63360 with A, B or C to indicate your answer; up to 5 entries per phone number; each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers can press the red button on their remote control; up to 5 entries per phone number each red button entry costs £1.00.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow instructions; up to 5 entries per phone number.
Winner selection and contact:
Eligible entrants will be entered into a draw to win the competition prize (the “competition prize”). The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the competition prize subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. The winner of the competition prize will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the competition prize draw date in accordance with the provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Entrants who have entered for the competition prize will also be entered into a secondary prize draw (the “secondary draw prize”).The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the secondary draw prize subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions. The winner of the secondary draw prize will be contacted on the secondary prize draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.
Competition prize:
The competition prize is a variable cash prize as specified in the programme. The draw date for the competition prize will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
Secondary draw prize:
The secondary draw prize is tickets for the winner and one companion to see Hairspray the Musical at the Edinburgh Playhouse on a date between 14 December 2010 and 9 January 2011 inclusive, the date to be chosen by the winner subject to availability and confirmation by the prize provider (the “Hairspray musical tickets”). If the companion of the secondary prize draw winner is under 18 years of age they must have prior parental permission and must be accompanied by an adult when using the Hairspray musical tickets. The draw date for the secondary draw prize will take place on or as soon as possible after 30 September 2010. The provider of the Hairspray musical tickets is: Spun Gold TV Limited, Tabernacle Court, 16 - 28 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4DD.
