Help with my Christmas card idea

Hi I'm new to posting in this section of the forum, today myself and my 4 year old created this idea for a Christmas card to send to family and friends but i'm just not sure if it looks right or works really.
I'm wanting advice on perhaps how I can improve it.
Its meant to be Rudolph I was wondering if thats obvious or should I write Rudolph underneath?
Should I keep it simple as it is or add something like Merry Chirstmas.
I would really like to know what people think.
For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

Lovely. I'd be pleased to receive this.
Think I would add your child's name & 2010 at the bottom.0 -
I think that looks so cute and I would be tempted to leave the front as it is and just put the Merry Christmas etc inside. I got that it was Rudolph straight away... the red nose means only one thing at christmas!!0

Thanks for the comments, I'm still not sure about the fingers as antlers where it looks ok or not.For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. I think its lovely! I knew it was rudolph straight away and I showed DH and he said straight away "its Rudolph" too.
I'd honestly leave it as it is. Its beautiful0 -
I also knew it was Rudolph straight away! I love it. It's such a simple but effective idea. I'd leave it how it is0

i love it, tis obvious it's rudolph........just wish DS would keep his hands still enough to do the same.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0

It looks lovely and I'm sure would be immediately recognisable as Rudolph :-) However if you wanted to, you could experiment with how the hand print is orientated on the paper, perhaps slightly tilted so that the little finger and thumb appear to be more directly opposite one another ? Also the eyes and nose could be positioned lower down , so that the nose is on or just above the wrist ? HTHNothing in it, nothing in it but a ribbon round it .....0

If you make them by dipping your hands in chocolate, I'd be very pleased to receive one or possibly more....Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0

:jlove it
and its instantly recognisable as Rudolh
i do like the suggestion of rotating the handprint slightly
but i wouldnt put anything else on the front
its great the way it is0 -
I agree that the eyes and nose could go slightly further down.
I also agree that its FAB and such a lovely idea and to keep it as simple as possible on the front (ie dont add anything else) as its simple but effective.
Maybe inside you could write 'Rudolph would like you wish you a very merry chirstmas'0
