*Terms and Conditions for Mr Bean Holiday to Orlando and 4 Mr.Bean DVD Box sets for 4 runner-ups
1. The competition is open to UK residents who are aged 21 years or over except employees of Universal Pictures (UK) Ltd, and their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
2. To enter the competition, entrants must go to the website https://www.mrbean.com/uk/competition and enter the competition by creating a fun mr.bean ecard as requested. The fan generated e-card will be displayed in a gallery for public viewing on https://www.mr.bean.com/uk/competition.
3. All entries must be submitted in the method provided for in these Terms and Conditions. Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries which are not received or delays in receiving entries.
4. There is no cost to enter the competition.

5. One (1) winner and 4 runner up competition winners will be drawn at random from all entries received and the judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize awarded. Prize details below*.

6. Closing date for entry is 23:59 on 31 December 2010. Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

7. The winner and 4 runner ups will be notified in writing (via email) on 15th January 2011. The Winner and runner ups must acknowledge this notification using the contact details provided in the email within 10 working days. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed or the original winner is ineligible a redraw will take place and a new Winner will be selected.

8. Only one entry per person permitted.

10. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for one of equal or greater value.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the promotion.

12. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they (and their guests) are free to travel on the available dates set out in the Prize details below and that they carry valid travel documentation

13. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.

14. Travel must be completed no later than December 31, 2011. Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply as dictated by airline and/or hotel, and travel itineraries may be subject to airline availability.

15. Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to winner travel.

16. If winner is unable to fulfill prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package.

17. All Prizes, including trips are non-transferable and have no cash value. All unclaimed and/or unused prize packages will remain the property of Universal Orlando

18. Winner and guests must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city.
19. Winners may be required to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.

20. In administrating this promotion the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary and will only use your personal information for the purposes of this promotion.

21. The rules of this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
