Ok I highlighted the problem word, not being all means some or most of it was, there is a rather large deficit at the moment which menas even things like health services are having to cut back.
Homes & communities are not an HA and they still do home buy so how didIn it's last year New Labour's Housing Corporation subsidised 50,000 social homes.
I am not having a go, I just cant see what was done and how it is now different?0
