My Marmalade won't set

I have today made a batch of Lemon & Lime marmalade using the recipe from Marguerite Pattens Basic jams,Pickles and Preseres which I have used before.

Previous times this has set well and was just as I wanted it.

Todays batch even with added certo pectin is still very runny.

Is there anything I do to remedy this or will it only be able to be used as a runny sauce.

TIA
My self & hubby; 2 sons (30 & 27). Hubby also a found daughter (38).
Eldest son has his own house with partner & her 2 children (12 & 10)
Youngest son & fiancé now have own house.
So we’re empty nesters.
Daughter married with 3 boys (13, 10 & 6).
My mother always served up leftovers we never knew what the original meal was. - Tracey Ulman

Has it gotten up to the right temperature? We usually just boil jams etc for a bit longer if they won't set. It is strange that it won't set with added pectin. I suspect it just hasn't gotten hot enough - try it in a bigger pot with more room for it to foam up, because if you keep stirring the foam back in you will lower the temperature.
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!

Thanks have re-done it splitting into 2 batches seems to have worked and if anything is now really set but that will be the extra pectin I added initially.

I'd rather have it well set than runny.
