whats best camera to buy this bank hols

right i was thinking of buying new digital camera to buy and was wondering looking for the best deal for features against price upto around £100 mark.
have had a look around but can't see a screamingly good deal also with decent customer reviews to back it up.
right what i'm after
needs to be at least 14mp
best digital zoom i've seen is 6
optical zoom at least 5
needs pic stabilisation
needs video recording
needs to carry sdhc cards
needs usb

have seen these 2 at the dreaded argos but the reviews say the pic stabilistion is crap so am unsure so need so decent advice here and a real pointer a super bargain and quailty reviews not been reallyh impressed with the comet,dixons dsg group offerings as most of theirs usually exclusives if you get what i mean!

Why does it have to be atleast 14 megapixels? Are you intending to print these photos on larger than A3? 8 to 10 megapixels is more than sufficient for most users - don't get sucked into the megapixel count trap, it can actually work against you because it can introduce 'noise' into your pictures. Focus on getting a better brand and quality of camera sensor rather than a high megapixel count.

Digital zoom is a gimmick, just look at optical zoom. If you want digital zoom, you can open your pictures on your computer, zoom in and crop - same thing.
