Terms and Conditions

The competition closes on the 19th September 2010 at 5pm London Time. The winner will be contacted by phone or email by the end of October 2010. The prize for a family day out includes one professional studio family shoot at a Snappy Snaps Studio with one A1 canvas of your chosen image from the studio shoot, as well as dinner for you and your family at a restaurant in London. Both the studio and restaurant will be chosen by Snappy Snaps and is subject to availability and a set value. If required, the prize will also include return travel to London for the family (unless the winner lives more than four hours train travel in which case the remainder will be funded by the winner). All transportation must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance.
A family consists of a maximum of 5 people. You must own the copyright to the photo you enter into the competition. Only one entry per person. By entering the competition you agree for Snappy Snaps to use your image on the Snappy Snaps marketing materials. Prize not transferable for alternative product or cash.
By entering this competition and providing your details you are agreeing to receive communication from Snappy Snaps. Your information will not be given to any third parties. Judges decision is final. Snappy Snaps reserve the right to withdraw, change or cancel this competition at any time. Employees and their families from Snappy Snaps, are not permitted to enter this competition.
