If it is AfC, we've just been rebanded and are expecting the cash in Nov, I'm on maternity leave so it may involve a scrap over my cash, lets hope not. can you find out when else the others in your dept got their cash? thats when you can start applying for yours.

Something similar happened to me a few years ago regarding bonuses and Mat leave. I left the company but a year later got a cheque through the post out of the blue!! Nice supprise, I can tell you!!
I'd just wait and not push them , it will happen when its happens and you never know if you might need the contacts one day

I had an email from the Union Sec at my old company to let me know that there are:

'No developments as yet, I will try and keep you informed when anything happens. The final rank order and pay scales should have been released at the end of October but I think that’s slipping into November now.
I haven’t been able to raise you concerns yet but will perhaps get the chance on Friday (tomorrow) as we have another meeting then.'

The thing is this has been slipping and slipping it is totally ridiculous...anyway, thought I'd update you - maybe after their meeting tomorrow, there might be some exciting news. But I'm not holding my breath. I am really hoping that I will be able to get some backpay (and if so it should be good) but the way this is going, I'm not sure if it will be sorted before I retire (and I'm only 26)!

I have just had an email from a friend I used to work with at my old company and apparantly word is that they may not get the results out to staff until possibly June next year.

we've had the results... the money didnt come...the woman in charge works part time and is practically having a nervous breakdown over i...her boss is on holiday... god i love the nhs.

I've heard that the results from the Job Evaluation scheme should be out soon and apparantly I should recieve a letter telling me where my job (not sure how that will work as have been replaced at higher level) sits and any backpay I'm owed.

So am keeping all my bits crossed. I'm not relying on getting anything, but it would be overwhelming fantastic if I do get some kind of backpay, however small. So positive vibes please.

Apparantly I should hear middle of next month, which is exciting. The person I spoke to was pretty adament that it would be then (this thing has been dragging and draaaggging on!) so let's wait and see.

This could be quite a nice bonus for me, but not holding out too much for it.

Agenda 4 Change. We've all been banded in Wales, caused a lot of bad feeling and disappointment for many staff. People doing the same jobs in different Trusts have been danded differently and some people in the same departments in the same Trust doing the same job have also been banded differently. My backpay amounted to £60. Saying that my income bracket has widened so there is potential to earn more through increments.
