ans' phone message from hellmans

in I won! I won! I won!
A little while ago I received a large candle and glass stand/plate from the Hellmans comp but the plate was smashed, I emailed Hellmans and thanked them for the candle and explaied that the plate was broken which was a shame but at least I still had the candle.
Had a message left on my voicemail today saying sorry to hear that the plate arrived broken, and although they couldn't send me a replacement, they are going to send me a salad bowl instead.
How very nice of them I thought:T (hope they use a different delivery company lol)
