Win £25 to spend on any book from Casemate Publishing
There are two ways to enter.

2. You can follow them on twitter & direct message them the answers (You'll have to ask for them to follow you first as direct messaging is different to simple tweeting).

The questions are at: http://www.casematepublishing.com/twitter.php but DON'T enter through the website, that is USA only, they've asked on their Twitter account that you enter through one of the two above methods if you're in the UK.

Questions:

1. What three companies produced the B-17?
2. Charles I was executed after which war?

Answers:

    . Competing against Douglas and Martin for a contract to build 200 bombers, the Boeing entry outperformed both competitors and more than met the Air Corps' expectation

    Not too sure whether Douglas & Martin is the same company or two seperate ones??

  • The B-17 was produced in large numbers by Boeing, Douglas and Vega. By the end of the war Boeing was scaling down production to concentrate on the B-29. (Full table of production with totals and years wont copy properly). Link here:
