There are two ways to enter.

2. You can follow them on twitter & direct message them the answers (You'll have to ask for them to follow you first as direct messaging is different to simple tweeting).
The questions are at: http://www.casematepublishing.com/twitter.php but DON'T enter through the website, that is USA only, they've asked on their Twitter account that you enter through one of the two above methods if you're in the UK.

2. Charles I was executed after which war?

The B-17 was produced in large numbers by Boeing, Douglas and Vega. By the end of the war Boeing was scaling down production to concentrate on the B-29. (Full table of production with totals and years wont copy properly). Link here:
