I had a reply! They say they are getting things packed and should be sent out by end of the month/start of next.

EDS take months to send out prizes - I just got something 2 weeks ago from a March comp - they do come but they take ages

Hi knitnut - the prizes that were coming from promoters were sent direct so came within weeks - EDS sponsered prizes usually get stuck in customs for a couple of months (according to them lol)

The reason why you didn't get the reply from EDS is that the email seems refusing to reach to your email. I think it's possibly because of your spam filter settings.

i won a personallised football book received it within a week i did exchange some of my points for a couple of keyrings still waiting for them but as everyone says they take forever but we eventually get them

I won a scarf still waiting and not had any emails re this so I guess I'll have to chase it up

It was delayed because of customs problem before and we have already solved it to improve the service. The prizes will be delivered to our customers faster in this event.Don't worry.:o

We have sent e-mails to all the prizes winners to notice our customer and some of them might can't get through to the email addresses because of something that we don't know.
