The rules:

1. entrants must be residents of the uk, channel islands and isle of man, aged 18 or over. Winners will be asked for proof of age.
2. no purchase is necessary.
3. promotion opens on wednesday 4th august at midday bst and will close on monday 16th august 2010 at midday bst, or when the 1 million refreshes within the pint have been used, whichever is soonest.
4. the prizes:
   1. 2 x v festival stafford tickets for 21st – 22nd august 2010
   2. 100 x £10 heineken vouchers that can be used for the purchase of strongbow (as well as other heineken owned brands as outlined on the voucher) at your local strongbow/heineken product retailer
5. for your total confidence, all prize-winning sips have been randomly allocated under the supervision of promoveritas, the independent promotional verification service.
6. entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties/ spambots/ code hacking/ multibrowser-bots are invalid and entrants may be disqualified.
7. the promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to this website. Entries submitted via any other means will not be accepted.
8. the promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed electronic entries. Such entries will be void.
9. there is a maximum of 50 entries per day per person in total from one or multiple computers. If you win, you will have to complete a short form with your personal details - this will appear on the page automatically.
10. winners will be contacted by phone or email within 28 days of submitting a winning entry form and have 7 days to respond to this notification otherwise the prize will be re-allocated. All winners will be announced on https://www.themostrefreshingpint.com after the competition closes on monday 16th august 2010.
11. please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes – from the end of the competition. Separate arrangements will be made for festival ticket prizes. If you win a case of strongbow, you will be sent a voucher allowing you to buy a case of strongbow from a nearby retailer.
12. the promoter is not responsible for any prizes lost or damaged within delivery, though the utmost care will be taken.
13. for the avoidance of doubt, the festival ticket prizes do not include travel, meals, other subsistence costs and these will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest, both of whom must be aged 18 years or over and be in possession of photo id for entry to the festival. Standard festival ticket terms and conditions apply.
14. the promoter is not responsible for any illness, loss or damage caused by or to the ticket winners/ guests on their journey to or from the festival or whilst attending the festival.
15. the promoter cannot guarantee that the festival will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations nor are we liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event.
16. the promoters' decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. The winners’ prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
17. entry to this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the rules and by claiming a prize, each winner agrees to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these rules form a part.
18. the winners agree to participate in publicity, marketing and advertising and consent to their name and photograph being used for such purposes by the promoter.
19. the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.

Except that not all competitions involve me sitting pressing a button fifty times a day to win ten pounds worth of cider. If anyone is seriously doing that then I suggest they take a walk to their local park and get a life!

I sat and pressed this for ages before, must have been well over 50 times! Nothing happened, it kept letting me click until I got bored. Not sure if anything was supposed to happen!
