Win a Sex and the City Weekend
1. Entry to the draw is from the Special K website www.specialkspotlight.co.uk
2. No purchase necessary to enter but entry is restricted to once per person and must be made online. [System checks will be performed and those submitting more than one entry will be disqualified.]
3. The prize draw is open to eligible residents of Great Britain, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only. Residents of Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are not eligible for this prize draw.
4. Consumers must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
5. Employees (or family members of employees) of Kellogg's or companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the prize draw.
6. This promotion opens at 6am 9th August 2010 and all entries must be received by midnight 17th December 2010.
7. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
8. The Promoter ("Kellogg's") does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your mail. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9. 6 winner(s) will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received.
10. Five winning entries will be drawn on Monday 20th December from all valid entries received between 6am 9th August and midnight 17th December 2010 inclusive.
11. Entries received between the closing date of midnight on 17th December and midnight on 8th August 2011 inclusive will be separately drawn on Wednesday 10th August for an additional prize of £250 shopping vouchers of the winner's choice
12. All winners will be notified of their prize by telephone or email by Kellogg's within 3 working days of each closing date.
13. Winners must be available to travel on Saturday 22nd January 2010 and return 23rd January 2010. Prizes are not transferable
14. There are five main prizes available- each of which consist of:

• a. Return travel for you and three friends to London. Departing Saturday 22nd January returning Sunday 23rd January 2010
• b. Return transfers from the station to the hotel
• c. Overnight accommodation at The Charlotte Street Hotel (including breakfast)
• d. 30 minute individual in room consultation with a professional stylist
• e. Private screening of SATC 1 & 2 in the Charlotte Street Hotel cinema
• f. Return transfers from the hotel to Knightsbridge
• g. £250.00 Shopping vouchers per person

15. 10 runner up winners will receive a goody bag containing tote bag, key charm, note book and pen, plus a copy of Sex and the City 2 DVD will be drawn on 20th December at random from all valid entries received between 6am 9th August 2010 and midnight 17th December 2010 inclusive
16. No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part, except in that the event of circumstances outside of control of the promoter, it reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value.
17. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winners but in the event of failure to do so within 72 hours it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original winner.
18. The name, county and photograph of the winning entrants may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winning entrants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
19. The winners' names and counties will be available at www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners for a minimum period of three months from the final closing date.
