1.To enter the free prize draw, simply submit your details on the online forms, available at www.msn.co.uk and www.specialk.co.uk.

2. No purchase necessary to enter but entry is restricted to once per person and must be made online. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void

3. This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK, CI, IOM and ROI.

4. Entrants must be 18 or over.

5. The draws exclude employees (and their families) of Kellogg's, their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.

6. Each entry must be on one of the official online entry forms. Kellogg's will not accept responsibility for any entries lost or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

7. All entries online must be received between 6am on June 30th and midnight on August 31st. 2 winners will be drawn at random from the submitted entries and notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date.

9. No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part. Should these product(s) be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. Sunglasses are up to the value of £100.00.

10. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winners (by email) but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original winner.

11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.

12. The winners' names and counties will be available at www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners for a minimum period of three months from the final closing date.

13. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Make note of these terms and conditions for future reference.

14. The promoter's decision is final in all matters to do with the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
