By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The prize draw opens for entries on the 28th July 2010. The closing date for entries is 22nd August 2010.
2. The prize draw is open to all Great Britain residents aged 18 or over. The prize draw excludes employees and immediate families of the Coca Cola Enterprise Ltd, Nisa-Today’s employees or members or any one professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Entries are limited to one per customer per day. No mass or third party entries will be accepted (exceeds more than 10 per customer for the duration of the promotion).
4. To enter the Monster and Nisa-Today’s promotion customers will need to log onto https://www.nisatodaysfoodstores.com and click on the Monster link to the entry form. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision on the 23rd August 2010 and notified within 24 hours of closing date. As this competition is a late offer the winner must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of notification otherwise an alternative winner will be drawn.
5. The winners must hold valid UK Passports with a minimum 3 months prior to expiry.
6. Entry to this competition is via the web link only and no written or faxed entries will be accepted.
7. Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
8. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered.

11. No alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide similar prize of equal or greater value.
