Sainsbury's Visa

Hello
I owe around £83k over 10 creditcards & 4 loans. However, to date all my payments have been made on time (although this situation will change soon & i will be getting advice). I have copies of my credit files from Experian & Equifax (still waiting for a response from Call Credit) & they show that although i have a lot of outstanding credit the payments are up-to-date & the files are clean.
However, one of my credit cards a Sainsbury's Visa which i have had for over ten years expired at the end of July but i did not recieve a new one.
I have now contacted them three times to find out what is going on as i was concerned that the new card had been stolen. On the first call i was told that the new card had been sent out & that they would order another one. Two weeks later still no card, phonecall number told the same thing another card ordered. Three weeks pass still no card make phonecall number three. Was told this time that they were "puzzled" that the intials NR were on my a/c this apparently stands for "non re-issue".The person i spoke to said that they did not know what this meant & that they would have to contact customer services the following day (i thought i was talking to customer services) & that they would get back to me the next day.
I have heard nothing since & have still not recd a new card. Has this happened to anyone else? Is something funny going on here.
Thanks

Hi about 4/5 months ago the major lenders eg hsbc, Lloyds, RBS and many more decided they were finally going to start pooling info on creditors to stop them from over extending themselves and this is what has happened to you (I read your previous post on Nationwide) this is also the reason you were refused a current account.
I know you are seeking help from payplan or cccs so don't worry about it, you would just have to cut it up if it arrived anyway, the banks will not enter a DMP or stop interest if you have used the card within the past 3 months so just concentrate on sort yourself out and dont stress about the card.0 -
Do you owe any money on it?0

Hello
Yes i do owe money on it but i am a few hundred under the credit limit. However, as i said previously all my payments are up-to-date & i have adhered to all the terms & conditions.
Can they withdraw the card without telling me?0 -
