Craft fairs can be good for selling hand made things like cards. I like Crail car boot, just down the road from St Andrews, but you possibly wouldn't get such a good price.
If you are still located in St Andrews, theres a craft fair in St Andrews on Saturday the 18th of September and another on at christmas, on Saturday 13th of November. They are usually at St Andrews town hall.0 -
have a look on stallfinder.com and search for craft fairs near you, I see a lot of home made crafts at the fairs I attend and some do REALLY well, just bear in mind that you may be at an event competing with several others all making the same thing. Also Phoenix cards start at £1, make sure you price yourself so you still get profit but arent overpriced,

Dependant on you could go to Florists and gift shops with small selection of your cards. Ask if you can put them in a suitable location in the shop. Say you won't charge for stock but will give the shop 50% of takings. With it being in a store you will b able to sell them at a slightly higher price.0

They are run by "craft fairs scotland". All one word if you want to look them up, with the co dot uk at the end. The christmas fair, from what I could see on their website is fully booked, but the September fair still has slots. I think you can book online.St Andrews September Craft Fair
Saturday 18th September 2010
St Andrews Town Hall
10.00am - 4.00pm
£34.00 per table/6ft table & chairs provided
I recommend joining their mailing list. My neighbour makes jewellery and usually does reasonably well at their fairs.0
